Shipping Policy

We ship RootBeacon orders from our US fulfillment partner. Here's what to expect.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We ship via standard ground services. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment, depending on your location within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, capacity, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
For the summer season, we are offering free standard shipping on all orders within the United States with no minimum purchase required. This promotional offer applies to orders shipped to US addresses only and is subject to change.
After the summer promotional period ends, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (additional time may be required for delivery to these locations). We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office. Carrier scanning errors are common.
If your order is significantly delayed (more than 10 business days after the shipping confirmation) or appears lost, email us at team@rootbeacon.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and will replace lost shipments at no additional cost.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, and email us at team@rootbeacon.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost.
Wholesale and commercial orders
Wholesale and commercial orders may have different shipping terms, including freight shipping for larger orders. Please refer to your wholesale agreement or contact team@rootbeacon.com for details.
