Our role

We're the people you talk to when you want to buy RootBeacon, when you need customer support, when your retail store wants to carry the product, or when your hotel or office wants to deploy it at scale. We handle US sales, customer service, marketing, and channel partnerships. We work directly with US customers and businesses to make sure RootBeacon products serve the American market well.

HydroZenith — the engineering team behind the product

HydroZenith is the manufacturer and product owner. Their team developed the proprietary mechanical moisture sensor that makes RootBeacon work. They handle product engineering, manufacturing, certifications, and product development. They've built a smart, simple piece of mechanical engineering that quietly does what dozens of "smart" products with apps and batteries fail to do.

Why we built RootBeacon as a US brand

When we first saw HydroZenith's mechanical plant care system, we knew it deserved a clear, accessible US presence.
