All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

We offer 30-day returns on unused product in original packaging. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after return inspection.

RootBeacon products carry a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, freezing, or unauthorized modifications.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs — is the property of RootBeacon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RootBeacon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
